Please do not email sensitive health information, passwords, or payment-card details.
Subscriptions
Purchases are handled by Apple's App Store. To manage or cancel a subscription, use your Apple subscription settings. If you already purchased Mycora Pro and the app does not recognize it, use Restore Purchase on the paywall.
Identification problems
For a better result, use one sharp photo that clearly shows the cap and stem. Even a clear photo can be ambiguous. Mycora cannot certify that a mushroom is edible or safe.
Camera, photos and location
You can review or change Mycora's permissions in iOS Settings. The app can still use a library photo when camera access is unavailable.
Privacy
Read the Privacy Policy and data disclosure. The current app does not create a Mycora user account, so there is no separate Mycora account-deletion workflow.
